Colorizing black and white photos is oodles of fun. The technique is pretty simple but it takes some time, patience and imagination to get it right.

Here is one I just finished. Mouse over for the before:

    I feel there’s not enough contrast in the colorized version between the subject and background, a good effort though

My cell phone camera only has 1.3megapixels and some of my pics are dusty/snowy (whatever the term is). Is it possible to make it look clean and seemingly not edited?
